COMMUNICATIONS FAILURE

Aircraft shall make every effort to comply with visual flight rules when entering the CTR. Aircraft with communications failure shall enter the CTR via the E route at 2000 ft AMSL or below, observing the runway in use using all available means. Aircraft shall hold to the South of the runway awaiting light signals from Castellón TWR.
