STANDARD INSTRUMENT DEPARTURES (SID)

NOTES APPLICABLE TO ALL SID:

  • Chart included in the CANARIAS TMA speed adjustement area: MAX IAS 250 KT at FL100 or BLW, EXC MIL FLT on operational or air defense missions or when the operational characteristics do not allow for it.

  • Minimum climb gradient due to operational reasons.

RUNWAY 21

KEMEV THREE NOVEMBER DEPARTURE (KEMEV3N)

Climb on runway heading direct to cross 5.3 DME LTE at 1300 ft or above. Turn right to follow magnetic heading 283º282º to intercept and follow R-248 LTE up to GOMSU. Turn left to follow R-231 LZR direct to RULOB. Turn left to follow R-341 FTV direct to cross KEMEV (IAF GCFV) at 4000 ft or above.

Minimum climb gradient of 5.0% up to 3000 ft. Initial ATC clearance up to 4000 ft.

KORAL ONE GOLF DEPARTURE (KORAL1G). Subject to ATC clearance.

Climb on runway heading direct to cross 6.8 DME LTE at 1200 ft or above. Turn left to follow R-192191 LZR direct to DVOR/DME LZR. Proceed on R-059 LZR direct to KORAL at FL100 or above.

INITIAL ATC CLEARANCE: Maintain 4000 ft up to R-059/3.0 DME LZR. Climb and maintain FL070 up to R-059/15.0 DME LZR. Climb at FL100 and wait for further clearance.

LARYS ONE NOVEMBER DEPARTURE (LARYS1N)

Climb on runway heading direct to cross 5.3 DME LTE at 1300 ft or above. Turn right to intercept and follow arc 8.0 DME LTE up to R-260 LTE. Turn left to follow R-269270 LTE direct to cross MAPED at 5000 ft or above. Direct to cross LARYS at FL120 or above.

Minimum climb gradient of 5.5% up to 3000 ft. Initial ATC clearance up to 4000 ft.

LORPO ONE NOVEMBER DEPARTURE (LORPO1N)

Climb on runway heading direct to cross 5.3 DME LTE at 1300 ft or above. Turn right to follow magnetic heading 283º282º to intercept and follow R-248 LTE direct to cross GOMSU at 5000 ft or above. Turn left to follow R-231 LZR direct to cross KOSIB a FL080 or above, direct to cross LORPO a FL090 or above.

Minimum climb gradient of 5.0% up to 3000 ft. Initial ATC clearance up to 4000 ft.

TENDA THREE NOVEMBER DEPARTURE (TENDA3N)

Climb on runway heading direct to cross 5.3 DME LTE at 1300 ft or above. Turn left to follow magnetic heading 144143º to intercept and follow R-188 LTE direct to TENDA (IAF GCFV) at 5000 ft or above. Minimum climb gradient of 5.0% up to 3000 ft.

Initial ATC clearance up to 4000 ft.

CONTINGENCY DEPARTURE

In the event of failure of one or more navaids supporting departures from runway 21, the following procedure shall apply:

Climb on runway heading up to 4000 ft AMSL. Turn following ATC instructions.

Minimum climb gradient of 5.3% up to 3500 ft.

In case of communication failure, proceed according to the established in section ENR 1.8, item “Air-ground communication failure” in AIP-ESPAÑA.
