ARRIVALS

E and S lanes: ACFT shall establish contact with APP when reaching the E (Arrecife) and S points (Punta Gorda), requesting clearance and instructions to enter the CTR, maintaining a maximum of 1000 ft AGL-1500 ft AMSL (whichever is higher).
N lane: ACFT shall establish contact with TWR when reaching the N point (Tinajo) requesting clearance and instructions to enter the ATZ, maintaining a maximum of 1000 ft AGL-1500 ft AMSL (whichever is higher).
Before entering the CTR/ATZ, the pilot shall give the position report. In some cases, aircraft will initially be cleared to hold over the points stated above, before a clearance to enter the CTR/ATZ is granted.

COMMUNICATIONS FAILURE

Aircraft shall enter the CTR/ATZ via the stated routes maintaining 500 ft AGL or below and shall hold to the E of the airfield in sight of TWR awaiting light signals and keeping away from aerodrome circuit traffic.
