MENORCA AD (LEMH).- Works on the General Aviation apron.
Until 28 November 2025 (estimated), works to expand the General Aviation apron of Menorca airport will be underway.
The works will be divided into two phases.
The effective start and end dates of the works of each phase, as well as any operational incidents that may arise, will be announced by the corresponding NOTAM.
All working areas will be duly marked with day and night lighting, and the area will be closed to air traffic, (except for medical evacuation flights in coordination with the airport) for the entire duration of the works.
PHASE 1
Paving of the West Side Plot
Use of the General Aviation apron will be restricted to air ambulance aircraft with guidance by FOLLOW ME vehicle, and TWY D of access to the apron will be closed to traffic. For this reason, flight plans of aircraft with code letter E and higher will not be accepted during this phase.
PHASE 2
Paving of the East Side Plot and Replacement of Markings in the entire General Aviation apron
Use of the General Aviation apron will be restricted to air ambulance aircraft with guidance by FOLLOW ME vehicle.
