PALMA DE MALLORCA AD (LEPA/LESJ).- Works to expand Module A and remodel the Terminal and reconfigure aircraft stands in front of the new RFFS North.

Until 28 November 2025 (estimated), works to reconfigure the apron and expand the terminal will be carried out, consisting of:

Remodelling PRKG 03-05.
Expanding the West Zone of Module A (West Dock), remodelling PRKG 06-10.
Remodelling the north-east apron, remodelling PRKG 103 and 103B and remodelling roadways.
Stockpiling zone at PRKG 80.

The work will take place in twelve phases, the areas affected in each are those specified in the present document.

The phases might not necessarily be executed in the order defined, and several phases or subphases might be activated simultaneously.

The start and end dates of each phase, as well as any operational incident, will be by the corresponding NOTAM.

All phases of the works shall be duly marked and lit. Caution is recommended due to the presence of personnel and machinery.

The works will be performed at daytime or at night time. If any action affects any airport service or operations, the day and time slot will be coordinated in order to execute the works.

PHASE 1

PRKG 03 AND 04 CLOSED

This phase includes blasting and painting works for the compliance of PRKG 03 and 04.

Operational Restrictions:

PHASE 2

PRKG 05 CLOSED

RECONFIGURATION OF PRKG 02, 03 AND 04

This phase includes blasting and painting works for the compliance of the new stands. The details for each reconfigured parking stand and the final layout of this zone is given below.

PHASE 9

NORTH-WEST APRON - ROADWAY RECONFIGURATION AND PAINTING ON APRON

In this phase, the paint of the current roadways crossing the ground and the perimeter roadways around PRKG 103 and 102 will be blasted off. The new roadways (reconfigured roadways) will also be painted. All actions will be coordinated with the airport and work areas will be outlined with markings and lighting.
