Between 19 and 21 September 2025, the "Festa al Cel" air festival will be held in Salou and for this event, the temporary reservation of air space has been requested for the aircraft that will perform at the airshow.
The requested airspace will be a temporary reserved airspace (TRA) within class D airspace, although flights by State aircraft, State security forces, emergency corps, and other aircraft specifically authorised by the event organisers will also be permitted with prior ATC clearance. This temporary reserved airspace will consist on two volumes with different upper altitude limits depending on the aircraft participating in the airshow.
Both the period as well as other possible details regarding this reserved airspace will be published via NOTAM sufficiently in advance.

The TRA is divided into two volumes, which are located within CTR Reus (Zone 1) and TMA Barcelona:

Modifications to instrument procedures at REUS and BARCELONA/Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airports
Although the TRA is located in Class D airspace, the following instrument flight procedures at BARCELONA/Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat and REUS Airports are temporarily modified in order to improve operations in the zone. The following departure, arrival and approach procedures will be temporarily modified:
AD 2-LEBL SID 7 RWY 20 SENIA2J departure: only usable with ATC clearance.
AD 2-LEBL SID 9 RWY 24L SENIA6Q departure: only usable with ATC clearance.
AD 2-LEBL SID 11 RWY 24R SENIA4P departure: only usable with ATC clearance.
AD 2-LEBL STAR 2 RWY 06L/06R holding over DVOR/DME RES: only usable with ATC clearance.
AD 2-LEBL STAR 2 RWY 06L/06R MATEX3Y, MARTA3Y, LOBAR1E, GRAUS1E, CASPE3E arrivals: only usable with ATC clearance.
AD 2-LEBL STAR 3 RWY 24L/24R CASPE3Z, MARTA3Z, MATEX3Z arrivals: only usable with ATC clearance.
AD 2-LEBL STAR 3 RWY 24L/24R holding over DVOR/DME VLA: only usable with ATC clearance.
AD 2-LERS SID 3 RWY 25 EBROX1V, GARBI1V departures not usable. All other departures, only usable with ATC clearance.

AD 2-LERS IAC 2 RNP Z RWY 07 (LPV ONLY): only usable with ATC clearance. A minimum climb gradient of 5% in missed approach is required; if unable to achieve this gradient, notify ATC as soon as possible. Circling approach not usable for CAT D.
AD 2-LERS IAC 3 RNP Y RWY 07 (LNAV): only usable with ATC clearance. A minimum climb gradient of 4.5% in missed approach is required; If unable to achieve this gradient, notify ATC as soon as possible. Circling approach not usable for CAT D.
AD 2-LERS IAC 3 RNP Y RWY 07 (LNAV/VNAV): only usable with ATC clearance. A minimum climb gradient of 5% in missed approach is required; If unable to achieve this gradient, notify ATC as soon as possible. Circling approach not usable for CAT D.
AD 2-LERS IAC 4 ILS Z RWY 25: initial segment from IAF RES or circling approach for CAT D not usable. For approach from IAF VLA a minimum climb gradient of 5% in missed approach is required; If unable to achieve this gradient, notify ATC as soon as possible.
AD 2-LERS IAC 5 ILS Y RWY 25: not usable.
AD 2-LERS IAC 6 LOC Z RWY 25: initial segment from IAF RES or circling approach for CAT D not usable. For approach from IAF VLA a minimum climb gradient of 5% in missed approach is required; If unable to achieve this gradient, notify ATC as soon as possible.
AD 2-LERS IAC 7 LOC Y RWY 25: not usable.
AD 2-LERS IAC 8 VOR RWY 25: not usable.
AD 2-LERS IAC 9 NDB: not usable.
For reasons of public safety, other reserved airspaces related to this air festival may be established, which will be published via NOTAM as applicable.
