PALMA DE MALLORCA AD (LEPA/LESJ).- Works to remodel of Module A and the Terminal (West Apron).
Until 01 October 2027 (estimated), works for the final reconfiguration of the north-west apron of Palma de Mallorca Airport shall be underway.
The work will take place in 11 phases, the areas affected in each are those specified in the present document.
The phases might not necessarily be executed in the order defined, and several phases or subphases might be activated simultaneously.
The start and end dates of each phase, as well as any operational incident, will be by the corresponding NOTAM.
All phases of the works shall be duly marked and lit. Caution is recommended due to the presence of personnel and machinery.
Work Scheduling and Coordination
The works will be performed at daytime or at night time. If any action affects any airport service or operations, the day and time slot will be coordinated in order to execute the works.
PHASE 1. CLOSURE OF PRKG 02
The operational restriction during this phase is the closure of PRKG 02.
PHASE 2. CLOSURE OF PRKG 03
The operational restriction during this phase is the closure of PRKG 03.
PHASE 3. CLOSURE OF PRKG 04
The operational restriction during this phase is the closure of PRKG 04.
PHASE 4. CLOSURE OF PRKG 05
The operational restriction during this phase is the closure of PRKG 05.
PHASE 5. CLOSURE OF PRKG 06
The operational restriction during this phase is the closure of PRKG 06.
PHASE 6. CLOSURE OF PRKG 06A
The operational restriction during this phase is the closure of PRKG 06A.
PHASE 7. CLOSURE OF PRKG 06B
The operational restriction during this phase is the closure of PRKG 06B.
PHASE 8. CLOSURE OF PRKG 08
The operational restriction during this phase is the closure of PRKG 08.
PHASE 9. NEW CONFIGURATION OF PRKG 05
The new configuration of PRKG 05 will be as follows:

PHASE 10. CLOSURE OF TAXIWAY LD
The operational restriction during this phase will be the closure of Taxiway LD, and consequently, the closure of PRKG 100, 100B, 101, 102, 103, 103B.

The new configuration of PRKG 06B will be as follows:

(1) Visual docking guidance system.
(2) Parking manoeuvre in stands in contact with the terminal building shall be accomplished only where the docking guidance systems is operative or a marshaller aid is available.
