IBIZA AD (LEIB). - Repainting of commercial apron W25 LEIB.
Until 26 November 2027 (estimated), the following repainting works will be carried out on the commercial apron:
Removal and repainting of horizontal markings on the Commercial Apron.
Modifying the configuration of PRKG 19 to 29.
Modifying the position of docking guides in boarding bridge stands.
These works will be carried out in phases to allow the Airport to remain operational. The start and end dates of each phase, as well as any operational incidents that may occur, will be notified by the corresponding NOTAM.
The phases may not necessarily be executed in the order defined, and several phases may be activated simultaneously. The different impacts on the commercial apron are defined in the phases of this supplement.
All work areas shall be duly marked and lit with daytime and night-time lighting.
Caution is recommended in the areas close to the works due to the presence of workers and machinery which may, in exceptional cases, generate FOD in the apron.
OPERATIONAL IMPACT:
PHASE 1: Painting works on the apron.
PRKG 7 to 12 out of service.
PHASE 2: Repainting works on the apron.
PRKG 13 to 18 out of service.
PHASE 3: Painting works on the apron.
PRKG 32 to 37 out of service.
In case of operations by code letter D aircraft, enter and exit the apron via Gate G1.
PHASE 4: Painting works on the apron.
PRKG 10, 30 and 31 out of service.
PHASE 5: Painting works on the apron.
GATE G2 closed.
Impact on aircraft taxiing on the apron:
Aircraft shall enter and exit the Commercial Aviation Apron exclusively via G1.
Access to and exit from the General Aviation Apron shall be exclusively via G3.
PRKG 7, 35, 36, 37, 1X and 2X out of service.
AVGAS fuel pump out of service.
PHASE 6: Painting works on the apron.
PRKG 7 to 12 and 29 to 37, out of service.
TWY centreline between PRKG 7 and 12 closed.
Impact on aircraft taxiing on the apron:
All aircraft heading to the commercial apron shall enter it via G1.
Operations by helicopters not based at Ibiza Airport shall be restricted to aircraft with maximum dimensions of under 13 metres.
PHASE 7: Painting works on the apron.
PRKG 13 to 17 and 26 to 29, out of service.
TWY centreline between PRKG 13 and PRKG 17 closed.
Impact on aircraft taxiing on the apron:
Commercial Aircraft shall enter and exit the commercial apron via G1 or G2 according to the assigned parking stand:
-PRKG 18 (exit only), 19 to 25, and K1 to K8, via G1.
-PRKG 7 to 12 (exit only), 30 to 37, via G2.
PHASE 8: Painting works on the apron.
PRKG 18 to 20 out of service.
GATE G1 closed.
Impact on aircraft taxiing on the apron:
All aircraft entering or exiting the commercial apron shall do so via Gate G2.
Airport code letter downgraded to C.
PHASE 9: Painting works on the apron.
PRKG 19 to 23 and K1 to K8, out of service.
Airport code letter downgraded to C.
PHASE 10: Painting works on the apron.
PRKG 23 to 25 out of service.
PHASE 11: Painting works on the apron.
PRKG 18 to 25 and K1 to K8, out of service.
GATE G1 closed.

All aircraft entering or exiting the commercial apron shall do so via Gate G2.

PHASE 12: Painting works on the apron.
PRKG 26 and 27 out of service.
PHASE 13: Painting works on the apron.
PRKG 16, 17, 26 and 27 out of service.
Works outside operational hours.
The commercial apron is divided into two sections such that:
- Aircraft parked at Stands 18 to 25, K1 to K8 shall enter (except for 18) and exit via G1
- Aircraft parked at Stands 28 to 35 shall enter and exit the apron via G2; aircraft parked at Stands 7 to 15 shall exit the apron via G2.
PHASE 14: Painting works on the apron.

PHASE 15: Painting works on the apron.
PRKG 29 out of service.
FHASE 16: Painting work on roads and in the HANDLING equipment area
No operational impact.
FHASE 17: Occasional painting works on the apron
Following the completion of the painting works in each phase, the affected parking stands will be recommissioned. In case of parking stands whose configuration is modified, they will be activated with their new coordinates for the following phases of the SUP until they are integrated in the AIP.
