1. REQUESTS FOR PUBLICATIONS
Requests will be made through our online store available on the AIS Services section of ENAIRE´s web page: https://www.enaire.es/servicios/ais/tienda_ais When for some reason the online store is not available, orders can be requested by email to the following address: ais@enaire.es.
2. REMARKS

The Aeronautical Information Service will send printed publications (Aeronautical charts 1:500 000) via standard delivery assuming the costs. If a different delivery method is required, it will be the responsibility of the petitioner to manage it and bear its costs thereof. In this case, the Aeronautical Information Service must be informed in advance.

ENAIRE’s Treasury department will be responsible for sending the final invoice corresponding to the deposit being made in concept for the payment of publications. We remind you that bank charges are to be borne by the client.

Users may access free online consultations from AIP ESPAÑA products (includes: Option to download), VFR ESPAÑA Guide, Aeronautical Charts 1:500 000 (includes: Option to download) and applications INSIGNIA, ENAIRE Drones and INSIGNIA VFR.

Aeronautical Information Services which benefit from the basis of free exchange, as per the specifications of ICAO Annex 15, will have access to the publication AIP ESPAÑA Online consultation and download.
