ARRIVALS

VFR aircraft bound for Granada AD shall establish radio contact with TWR (118.850 MHz) over the points N, S, W , and request clearance to enter the inbound VFR routes, maintaining a maximum of 300 m (1000 ft) AGL instructions.

Once cleared, they shall proceed along the corresponding visual route, maintaining a maximum altitude of 1000 ft AGL.

Before entering the CTR, pilots will contact TWR to report position and altitude, and request landing instructions.

At the discretion of ATC [PC1]  , approaching aircraft will be instructed to hold at the points mentioned above before being granted final clearance to enter the CTR.

 

COMMUNICATIONS FAILURE

In case of communications failure, VFR aircraft shall use N and , S, W routes maintaining 300 m (1000 ft) AGL or below, holding at North or South of TWR and shall wait for light signals avoiding any possible traffic in the aerodrome traffic circuit.

  for entry into CTR GRANADA, maintaining an altitude of 1000 ft AGL or lower, to position themselves north or south of Granada AD (within sight of Granada TWR) awaiting light signals.

Special attention shall be paid to possible traffic on the aerodrome circuit, keeping clear of it.

REMARKS

  • Prohibited to aircraft without radiocommunication Radio communication compulsory throughout the airspace under the responsibility of Granada TWR. .
