Arrivals
VFR traffic with destination Andorra-La Seu d’Urgell shall communicate with the AFIS unit and notify its intentions before reaching the reporting points N (Camping de la Farga de Moles), E-2 (Toloríu) or S-2 (Coll de Nargó), avoiding overflying urban areas and joining the aerodrome traffic circuit.
Departures
VFR traffic wishing to exit the FIZ AMPLIADA, shall notify its intentions to the AFIS unit.
Communications Failure
Aircraft experiencing communications failure during arrival shall enter the FIZ AMPLIADA via reporting point E-2 (Toloríu) at 500 ft AGL and shall remain to the east of the runway, in sight of the tower, awaiting light signals.

Avoid overflying the settlement whenever possible.
Caution: Possible paragliding activity to the south of the field and model flying (Club Sedis) to the North-east.

Caution: Bird risk in the surroundings of the airport, especially on short final RWY 21.
