MADRID/Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas AD (LEMD).- Resurfacing works on TWY W6.
Until 12 June 2026 (estimated), works will be under way in the airfield at Adolfo Suárez Madrid-Barajas Airport to resurface TWY W6.
The works will be carried out in a single phase. The start and end dates of each phase, as well as any operational incidents which may arise, will be announced via NOTAM.
The work areas will be duly marked with night-time and daytime lighting and closed to traffic during continuous hours (H24).
The standard taxiing routes may be modified and therefore, the ATC/SDP instructions for taxiing must be followed.
Caution is recommended due to the presence of personnel and machinery. Taxiing must be accomplished at minimum power in the vicinity of work areas in order to prevent the impact of jet blast in areas where personnel are working.
