SANTIAGO/Rosalía de Castro AD (LEST).- Compliance works on apron P1.
Until 02 October 2026 (estimated) the new configuration of apron P1 will be carried out through the modification of its markings.
The works, consisting of blasting and painting, will be carried out in a single phase during which apron P1 and TWY D1 will remain closed.
The works will take place within apron P1, which will be closed and lit.
The start and end dates of the works, as well as any operational incidents that may arise, will be announced via NOTAM.
All work areas will be duly marked and lit. Caution is recommended due to the presence of personnel and machinery.
In the event that LVP are activated, the works will be suspended and workers and machinery removed, with the work area remaining closed and lit.
Once the works have been completed, the configuration of apron P1 will be as follows:
TWY D1 will be reclassified as code letter C-II (20.0 Local regulations, 3.3 taxiing restrictions chart B taxiing).
The characteristics of PRKG 41, 42, 43 and 44 will be as follows:
