TENERIFE NORTE/Ciudad de la Laguna AD (GCXO).- Electrical improvement works II.
Until 22 January 2027 (estimated), various improvement works on the airfield electrical systems will be carried out.
The works will be executed in two phases. The start and end dates of each phase, as well as any operational impact arising during the execution of the works, will be published by the corresponding NOTAM. The phases may be executed in a different order from that described below.
All working areas will be properly marked and lit.
Caution is advised due to the presence of personnel and machinery.
The works will be carried out in the areas shown on the attached plan:
PHASE 1
Replacement of right-hand PAPI THR 12 with new LED technology. The new lights will be installed alongside the existing ones. Once calibration of the new system has been completed, the existing halogen lights will be withdrawn from service and the new LED lights will be commissioned simultaneously. Commissioning of the new lights will be notified by NOTAM.
PHASE 2
Commissioning of stop bar lights on TWY E1, E2, E4, and E5.
