BARCELONA/Josep Tarradellas-El Prat AD (LEBL).- Reconfiguration of Ramp 0.

Until 15 May 2026 (estimated), works will be under way in the airfield at BARCELONA/Josep Tarradellas Barcelona-El Prat Airport to reconfigure the aircraft stands on Ramp 0 and Ramp 1.

WORK PHASES AND AVAILABILITY OF STANDS

The works will be carried out in 7 phases.

The start and end dates of the phases, as well as any operational incidents that may arise, will be announced via NOTAM.

During the works, the aircraft stands will be modified, replacing existing stands with new stands in a different location.

• The maps for each phase are included in Annex 1.

• Annex 2 displays a table summarising the availability of stands for each phase.

• Annex 3 indicates the coordinates of the stands to be put into service.

GENERAL RULES IN PLACE DURING THE EXECUTION OF THE WORKS

• The following requirements shall be taken into account during the execution of the works:

• The works shall be duly marked and lit by day and by night.

• Taxiing routes shall be adjusted according to ATC and/or SDP instructions.

• Caution is recommended due to the presence of personnel and machinery.

• Taxiing must be accomplished at minimum power on diversions to prevent the impact of jet efflux in zones where personnel are working.

• Aircraft access to stands will be guided by the airport signalling service (Runway and Apron Service).

• Aircraft exits from the new stands will be supervised by the Runway and Apron Service during the course of the works.

• Ground handling agents must make available towing equipment to operators for aircraft exiting the stand.

• Work will be carried out on TWY U1, U2 and U3 preferably during daytime hours, with occasional closures of the taxiway with a PPR of 30 minutes.

• Stands in red: Out of service during the execution of the indicated phase of works

• Stands in green: New stands placed into service during the indicated construction phase

• Stands in orange: Existing stands where the direction of entry is altered during the indicated phase of the works

• Stands in black: stands in service that were also in service in previous phases (no changes)
